We used The Well Connected Traveller for our recent trip to Europe.  We had a stack of Q FF pts and were simply overwhelmed by the process of trying to use the points for business class flights. We had left ourselves with little time, but still wanted to travel if there was a way. We saw an article in a newspaper about TWCT.  I made contact and their Advisor, Ashleigh said she could help. She worked her magic and found way where many others had failed. She had us on Oman Airlines flying through Muscat on route to Rome. Oman was a terrific experience.  Ash had arranged the connecting details both ways and she acheived this using our QFF pts.  We had almost given up and this was going to be our last resort. 5 Stars – The Well Connected Traveller We recently returned from an incredible family holiday through Europe and Singapore, and I would like to sincerely thank Aisling and the team at The Well Connected Traveller for their outstanding service. Our itinerary involved multiple international flights, accommodation bookings, transfers and travelling with our young daughter, so there were plenty of moving parts to coordinate. From the initial planning stages right through to our return home, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The flights were well planned, connections were seamless, and the accommodation selections were excellent. Our stay at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa in Singapore was a fantastic way to break up the journey home and was perfectly suited to travelling with a young family. All transfers were arranged in advance and operated smoothly, making the entire experience stress-free. What really stood out was Aisling's communication, responsiveness and ability to handle the unexpected. We were travelling as part of a larger family group, including my in-laws who were flying to and from a different state. Unfortunately, they experienced flight delays and cancellations along the way, but Aisling was all over it. She kept everyone informed, coordinated alternative arrangements where required, and took a huge amount of stress out of what could have been a very challenging situation. Having someone in your corner when things don't go to plan is invaluable, and Aisling's support gave us great peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, she took the time to understand what we wanted from the trip and ensured every detail was considered. International travel with a young child can present challenges, but thanks to Aisling's planning and support, everything came together exceptionally well. We had a wonderful experience, created some amazing family memories, and would not hesitate to use The Well Connected Traveller again for future holidays.
