Our specialisation with American Express Membership Rewards and other travel rewards programs means we can book your destination event with points. Businesses and individuals can apply their points towards flights or accommodation as part of their event package.
Planning your destination event
No two events are alike. That’s why we custom-craft bespoke events from start to finish. Our in-house Event Planners have come from some of the word’s top hotels and event management companies. We create extraordinary experiences at both domestic and international destinations and connect our clients with the best and most innovative event partners.
How to engage us
Get in touch with us for an initial consultation. Together, we'll create a scope of event objectives including desired outcomes, event look and feel, your corporate brand (if applicable) and other important items. If you're not sure, we are happy to take the wheel!
Proposal & Estimate
Next, we will provide you with an event outline proposal. This will include an itinerary draft, multiple activity options, departure and arrival information, lodging alternatives, and other specifications from our initial consultation. Once the outline is approved, we'll provide a preliminary cost breakdown of your selected options.
Booking & Finalisation
Once you're delighted with the event plan, we get to work booking everything and bringing it all to life. You can book as much or as little as you like using your Amex or other rewards. Your dedicated Manager be in contact along the way to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

Toyota WA engaged the services of TWCT for an executive weekend getaway in the South West of WA. Our request was to scope out an appropriate level of accommodation, restaurants/ wineries, transfers, along with an evening at the chosen accommodation which involved a private chef to cater and live entertainment. Jodie and her team provided numerous alternatives in response to our scope and worked closely with us to ensure their suitability for our group and our budget. Hi Jodie, Just a quick note to thank you guys for the most amazing itinerary and experience on our recent 8 day Management Meeting/EOFY Reward trip to Kruger National Park and Cape Town. It truly was a mind blowing trip!! The Safari experience particularly …..to get so up close and personal and experience those beautiful animals in their natural habitat was totally surreal!!! And then beautiful Cape Town!!! WOW !! All six of us felt so safe and welcomed by the beautiful people and the delicious cuisine and wines. It’s a must place to head back to with our families!!
