Jodie has 20+ years of experience in the travel industry. She began her career focused on fishing and diving holidays before discovering her passion for helping clients maximise their frequent flyer points, particularly for Amex cardholders. Jodie thrives in leveraging her global network to secure amazing hotels and unique activities. She is also deeply committed to promoting sustainable travel options and prioritizing animal welfare in the companies she supports.

Michaela has 20 years experience working in a travel including with Garuda Indonesia and Malaysia Airlines, wholesale travel and retail travel training. After a 2 year break during COVID, she missed being a part of the travel industry and joined RoundAbout Travel. Outside of work, Michaela is taking her 2 kids to various sports and enjoys playing tennis. She is a tragic Collingwood supporter but don’t hold that against her!

Sophie began her travel career in 2021 and specialises in Frequent Flyer bookings. She has a passion for luxury travel, including premium hotels, cruises, and exclusive tours! The Maldives (particularly COMO Maalifushi) is her favourite destination! Outside of travel? Sophie plays netball throughout the week and on weekends.

Dani has 10+ years of experience in travel, with experience in Leisure Travel, Expedition Cruises, and Luxury & Reward Travel. Her favourite country is Italy, next on the bucket list is Africa – Dani is passionate about creative experiences, animals, sustainable travel, as well as food and wine. You’ll find her on the beach with her dog Loki on the weekend, or watching a romcom with a glass of wine and a cheese platter!

Taylor has 10 years of experience in the travel industry, working across retail, high-end leisure, and rewards travel. Taylor’s favorite destination is Italy, and outside of work, she enjoys finding new brunch spots and wine bars with friends – Taylor also plans to visit Antarctica in early 2026!

Tiana has been in the travel industry for 2 years now! She’s spent a lot of time traveling the world with her family – one of her favorite memories is spending Christmas together in New York. She has a passion for all things travel, from planning to packing to exploring. Tiana enjoys spending quality time with her partner, family, and friends.

Aisling, originally from Scotland, has made the big move down under. She’s been in the travel industry for a total of 5 years – working in retail and corporate. Aisling loves all things travel, and her dream destination is South America. In her spare time, she enjoys running and has recently signed up for her first ultramarathon!

Kylie began her travel career 20 years ago. She’s worked across event, sport, and corporate travel, and even spent time with airlines. She’s found her sweet spot in the premium, high-end leisure and points space. She loves travelling with family, Hawaii and Mykonos are her favourite destinations. She is also an extremely passionate Carlton supporter, loves good food, and enjoys a nice glass of wine or two.

Mark Trim is company director of Complex Travel Group Pty Ltd, parent company of TWCT. Mark has been in the industry since he was 20 years old, starting the company with wife Amy in 2008. Mark’s now taken a step back from consulting to focus on the commercial side of the business and managing the team. When he’s not on Dad duty, Mark is a keen trail and ultra runner.

Anthony is CEO of Complex Travel Group Pty Ltd, parent company of TWCT. Anthony is an experienced leader of growing businesses across automotive, online marketing, consulting and has also spent time in the defence industry. Anthony loves to be active outside of work, whether trail running, playing basketball or running around after his 3 boys. He is also a C-grade drummer for fun!

As Marketing Manager, Blake leads a talented team of marketing professionals and brings over a decade of experience in digital and traditional marketing, specialising in brand development, content creation, and campaign management. As a former performer who travelled the world in musicals and shows, Blake’s love for creativity and performing arts spills into every part of his life, on and off the clock.

Kenny is the IT Manager across the Complex Travel Group brands. Kenny is highly skilled in the areas of website development, IT project management and graphic design. When not behind a PC, Kenny enjoys playing social basketball, frequenting one of Adelaide’s many restaurants and enjoying a local glass of wine.
